Graffiti prevention — protecting before anything happens.
Cleaning is often the focus of building maintenance — but sustainable preservation is just as important. A protective coating preserves the structure of the building and reduces maintenance costs in the long term.
- Temporary, semi-permanent & permanent systems
- Effective even with moisture & temperature fluctuations
- Maintenance contract available on request
What it is about
Prevention is cheaper than removal.
In building maintenance, cleaning is the primary focus — often neglected, yet just as important, is sustainable preservation. Primarily, a coating preserves the building’s structure and also reduces maintenance costs.
The coatings we offer have various properties. Our product range includes temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent anti-graffiti coatings. We also offer materials that work optimally even under extreme conditions such as high humidity or strong temperature fluctuations.
We would be happy to advise you on the possible uses and applications of our anti-graffiti systems — tailored to the substrate, load, and requirements of your property.
Typical challenges
When preventive protection is worthwhile.
Recurring contamination
Highly exposed surfaces are sprayed repeatedly. A coating makes every cleaning faster and gentler on the substrate.
Valuable or sensitive structures
Without a protective layer, paint soaks in deep. The coating prevents the substrate from being permanently damaged.
High follow-up costs
Every complex removal costs time and money. Preventive protection noticeably reduces ongoing maintenance costs.
Three levels of protection
The right system for every requirement.
From temporary solutions to permanent systems that significantly exceed standard requirements.
Temporary systems
Sacrificial layer that is removed with the graffiti during cleaning and then reapplied — flexible and economical.
Principle
Sacrificial layer
Cleaning
Layer is renewed
Enables graffiti removal without chemicals using only hot water. Particularly in demand for flood protection.

Our process
From analysis to ongoing care.
Every project begins with an assessment and ends – if desired – not with the application, but with ongoing care. This ensures the protection remains effective for years instead of fading after the first cleaning.
1
On-site analysis
Assessment of substrate, load, and requirements — the basis for system & consumption.
2
System selection
Recommendation of temporary, semi-permanent, or permanent — matching the property and budget.
3
Professional application
Application by trained users. The system is fully cross-linked after 1–3 days.
4
Maintenance
Optional ongoing cleaning, refreshing, and extended warranty included in the contract.
Matching systems
Products for prevention.
The coatings used — tailored to the substrate and protection requirements.
8 to 10 cleaning cycles, far exceeding ZTV-ING requirements – for high-traffic surfaces
Protective wax-based – removal with hot water only, especially for flood protection
Highest cleaning requirements for areas particularly prone to vandalism
Fully secured
Maintenance contract — protection that lasts.
Upon request, we take over the permanent care of the coated surfaces. For the duration of the contract, we ensure that the protection is maintained — without you having to worry about it.
Your advantages:
- Regular cleaning of protected surfaces
- Refreshing the protective coating as needed
- Extended warranty on functionality
- Predictable costs instead of expensive individual measures
Frequently asked questions and answers about graffiti prevention
How does professional anti-graffiti protection work?
Graffiti protection forms a hydrophobic, microscopically smooth protective layer that prevents the penetration of color pigments. Our systems allow for multiple cleaning cycles without damaging the substrate, while also protecting against weathering, salts, and pollutant deposits.
Which surfaces are suitable for coating?
In principle, we offer the right system for every surface — primarily for:
- Concrete, clinker, brick, natural stone
- Metal and aluminum surfaces
- Glass, acrylic, and Plexiglas
- Mineral facades of all kinds
Particularly highly porous surfaces benefit from a protective treatment.
How long does an anti-graffiti coating last?
Durability varies depending on the system, weathering, and facade orientation: The permanent system (AGS-Protector P) lasts 8–10 cleaning cycles or approx. 4–7 years — ZTV-ING only requires 2 years. The semi-permanent system (AGS-Protector S) lasts 1–2 cleanings or approx. 3–6 years, where ZTV-ING requires 1 year.
Can I apply the coating myself?
We generally recommend trained professional application, as substrate preparation, weather conditions, and application techniques are crucial for the protective effect. We provide detailed processing plans for every product and offer training for professional users.
When can a coated surface be cleaned?
The protective effect is immediate; full cleaning should only take place after 1–3 days. During this time, the system chemically cross-links with the substrate, allowing repeated cleanings without material damage.
What are the costs for anti-graffiti protection?
Costs depend heavily on the system, surface size, accessibility, and substrate, typically ranging between €5 and €25 per m². Our systems offer long-term cost advantages as they not only reduce graffiti damage but also protect against salt, moisture, and dirt, thereby increasing the lifespan of the structures.
