What information do you need for an initial assessment?
For an initial assessment, we need just a few basics: Is it about graffiti protection or removal? What type of property is affected, what substrate is involved, what is the scope, and how urgent is it?
Most helpful are also 2–3 photos – with those, we can assess material compatibility and approach much faster and provide you with a suitable recommendation or quote.
Are data sheets and documentation freely available?
Yes. Data sheets and relevant documentation are freely available in the download section.
If you need anything additional for internal approvals/tenders (e.g., specific system documentation), we will gladly send you the appropriate materials.
Can we upload photos or plans during the inquiry process?
Yes. In the inquiry form, you can optionally upload photos, sketches, or plans.
This helps us better assess the substrate and effort and suggest a suitable solution more quickly.
Do you work only regionally or nationwide?
Both. We are strongly active regionally in eastern Thuringia and undertake projects nationwide – depending on scope, property type, and conditions.
