How does professional anti-graffiti protection work?
Graffiti protection forms a hydrophobic, microscopically smooth protective layer that prevents paint pigments from penetrating. Our systems allow multiple cleaning cycles without damaging the substrate and also protect against weathering, salts and pollutant deposits.
Which surfaces are suitable for a coating?
In principle, there is a suitable system for every surface—primarily for:
- Concrete, clinker, brick, natural stone
- Metal and aluminium surfaces
- Glass, acrylic and plexiglass
- Mineral facades of all kinds
Highly porous surfaces in particular benefit from a protective treatment.
Is graffiti cleaning possible without a coating?
Yes, but with greater time, labour and cost. Without a protective layer, paint penetrates deeply and can damage the substrate. We often use combined processes—hot steam, the JOS process and chemical graffiti removers—so that the cleaned area is visually indistinguishable from undamaged sections.
How environmentally friendly are your processes?
Value retention is environmental protection in practice. The materials used are predominantly natural-based. Our AGS-Protector S, for example, is based on highly cross-linked protective waxes, enabling graffiti removal without chemicals using hot water only—particularly relevant in flood protection.
